Hardocks Horsport Rehydration and Recovery
A combination of electrolytes, glycine (an amino acid) and glucose which aids electrolyte replacement resulting from sweat loss during strenuous long distance exercise and transportation especially during hot weather. Rehydration is a very important issue in performance horses as it means faster recovery and a longer peak performance period, with the animal being able to back up faster (e.g. more frequent racing).

Hardocks Ironvita Blood and Oxygen
A palatable supplement for the prevention and treatment of deficiency anaemia in horses. IRONVITA BLOOD and OXYGEN contains iron, copper and cobalt, the three essential trace-minerals required for haemoglobin synthesis complemented by the vitamin, folic acid. Studies have shown that stabled horses, and those in full work, such as racehorses and harness horses, eventers, polo and endurance horses especially under heavy sweat conditions, require considerably greater amounts of these trace-minerals and folic acid than are normally available in feed.

Hardocks KA Cleans and Flushes
A time-honoured mild diuretic and urinary antiseptic that assists the blood clearing action of kidneys by increasing the volume and flow of urine, and acts to flush the body of harmful compounds accumulated during exercise. As an antiseptic, it acts by effectively cleansing of the urinary tract to reduce the risk of low grade bladder infection cystitis. Thus, K.A. CLEANS and FLUSHES assists in promoting the action of the kidney, helping to increase urinary flow to eliminate problems such as oedema of the lower limbs, which often occurs in horses on high grain diets after hard work or racing.

Hardocks Neutra-Syrup Neutralises and Removes
A palatable mild diuretic that increases the volume of urine excreted, increases the thirst and fluid intake, whilst providing a beneficial urinary alkalising action to flush the kidneys of excess acid after fast exercise. NEUTRA-SYRUP NEUTRALISES and REMOVES assists in the treatment and prevention of dehydration by encouraging a horse to drink more water, especially when administered routinely after training. When given on fast work days, it helps to neutralise and flush the system of lactic acid or correct 'acidosis' due to the accumulation of excess acid within the blood, after fast, anaerobic exercise especially in unfit horses in early training.

Hardocks Snow-e Muscle, Energy and Fertility
A palatable and stable form of high quality, synthetic form of the vitamin E that is well accepted by horses and greyhounds. The "natural" or fat-soluble forms of vitamin E can be rapidly oxidised by exposure to air, and the rate of decomposition can be increased by exposure to heat, UV light, alkalis and heavy metal salts, such as iron mixed into the feed with the supplement. Vitamin E is the body's most important antioxidant vitamin, which protects muscle cell membranes of the limbs and heart muscle against damage by harmful compounds in the oxidation of fats in the cell walls.

Koagulon Injection
